Doug’s fitness experience began in college while training for baseball. After college Doug continued to educate himself and develop his gym knowledge while working in corporate America. After 5 years working for corporate America, he decided to help individuals instead and started personal training. This career change allowed Doug to take his love of personal fitness and turn it into a career.


Doug worked as the training director for 6 years at a local gym until he decided to open a gym that caters to the individual and not the masses. In 2014 Doug co-authored the book, Rapid Body Makeover, which hit top seller status on Amazon.com in September of 2014. Doug has been recognized by America’s Premier Experts for his commitment to publishing expert content in 2014 to the public. It’s not uncommon to see Doug speaking at local business’ or groups on various fitness and life topics to try and help people gain as much knowledge on health and fitness to better their lives. Doug and his staff are committed to helping people become happy with themselves both inside and out and have been doing it for years.

Ben was born and raised in St. Louis, growing up he played sports which introduced him to fitness and strength training. After a year of studying business at Missouri State, he decided to make a change and transferred to Lindenwood University to turn his passion for fitness into a career. Ben graduated in May 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. His goal is to use his knowledge to help as many people as he can reach their goals by implementing proper training and nutrition changes into their lifestyles. Ben understands that hard work and consistency are both vital aspects for his clients to reach their goals.
