Long time no talk. No emails last week, but did shoot a few videos check them out here https://www.facebook.com/Evolving-Empires-793670424056345/

It wasn’t that I didn’t have anything to write about to pass on to the fine people on this list.

I just didn’t do it.

I was overwhelmed with trying to produce some new programs for our members

And while all of that was happening I felt bad for not getting you guys an email or two.

By the end of the week even though I did produce the above content I still felt as though I didn’t do enough

I was exhausted and frustrated by Friday morning

I bet you can relate, busy with work, busy with kids extracurricular activities then trying to find some balance for yourself.

Then Saturday morning before I went in to the gym I meditated for 5 mins

and what I realized out of that meditation is that I was being hard on myself for lack of

production in my business.

But what I was discounting was all of the production in the other areas of my life for the week.

I had produced some great workouts in preparation for my race

I had produced some great time and planned some fun events for my kids

I had produced some fun for Stacy and I for Saturday

So, while my production for business was down.

My personal production was up

My dad production was up

My husband production was up

75% increase in production is pretty solid

What I am deciding to do is allow myself to be satisfied with production on any level

NOT just business

I would have you consider that some aspect of your life you need to give yourself permission

to be satisfied with yourself for the work that you do put in.

– as a business owner

– as a husband/ wife

– as a father/ mother

– as a person
