Complex or Simple

I love helping people move from complex to simple.  

There are so many things to worry about when it comes to your health and fitness
=How often should I train?
=How much protein should I eat?
=Should I eat carbs?
=Should I squat or deadlift?
=How often should I do cardio?
=What supplements should I use?
=Should I tone or strengthen? (psst…It’s the same thing)
=Should I lift heavy or light weights?
=Should I use machines?
That list could keep going…. and going 
the longer it goes, the more overwhelming 
it becomes. 

The reality is that your fitness 
is based on the following 3 answers to these questions: 

1. What do I want to achieve?
2. What is realistic for me right now where I am?
3. What am I willing to commit to?
 ^^SIMPLE OR COMPLEX^^  

Reality is it all depends on how you  
define it.  

The mind loves to go to the Complex. 

But you can choose to create Simplicity.

By finding the right resource that will  
help you change 2 things: 

1. Mindset 
2. Skillset
Once you determine that you want to change then
it’s time to gradually change your mindset
from old to new.
 Don’t look for the easy way out but instead the right way.
When you change your mindset then you will begin
to develop a skillset in order to get you to where you
want to be but adding skills before you are
mentally ready to change your old way of thinking won’t help.
Start with the simple things you can control every time
YOUR DECISIONS
YOUR THOUGHTS
YOUR EMOTIONS
to lead you towards what you NEED….NOT
What you…
WANT
