You can trust it….
It will tell you what to do
Daily
but still more times than not
you ignore it
When you think back to all the times you did listen
it never steered you wrong
but your initial thought is that it can’t be right about this.
There are times it almost physically makes you sick because the
push is so strong to do what it’s telling you
but it can’t be right about this we tell ourselves
what will others think if I listen?
it’s not what everyone else would do
it can’t be right? can it?
What if it’s wrong?
then this might happen or that
You see I didn’t listen 2 months ago and it cost not only me pain
but my family as well
It was telling me exactly what needed to do
I was one word away from listening and doing what needed to be done
This was’t the first time I didn’t listen
but after this no more.
I have made a consorted effort to listen when it comes to
My Body
My Mind
My Business
but for some reason when it isn’t exactly directly related to me I fight it
the same ways I listed above
There is probably a decision right now in your life that you are searching
yearning
wanting
needing
direction, advice, a push
I will have you consider this you already know what to do
you have been told for days, weeks, months, or longer
Don’t fight,
Don’t ignore
Don’t dismiss
LISTEN
TO
YOUR
G U T
It’s never ever ever wrong
but that 6 pound piece of mass that is between our ears gets in the f**king way
you go to fear based decision making
you go to scarcity
you go to safe
it will fix itself or it will get better or its OK
I can speak to you in this way because it is exactly what I have done.
I urge you if you are currently ignoring your gut
