January is gone, just like that (insert finger snap)

Did you create those new results for yourself?

Did you stick to those New Year Resolutions?

I see the same thing every single year…

You keep making your “resolutions” that cause you to feel all warm and fuzzy, get you all excited and pumped up, then the new year rolls in and you’re off to a great start…

…for 2-3 weeks.

Then,

RIGHT BACK TO THE SAME STUFF AS BEFORE.

Why?

Why do you continue to repeat the same cycle over and over, year after year?

Why do you continue to put yourself through the same pain and disappointment, continuing the same path full of stress, confusion, emptiness, and unfulfilled dreams?

There are simple reasons why you continue repeating the same behaviors and patterns.

It is what you are use to

It is your normal way of doing things

Find something to get excited about for a few weeks

Then…

when that dies down latch on to something else.

The truth of the matter is until you decide to make real considerable change every day of your life

you will bounce around.

One hot trend to another

Nothing changes if nothing changes

Make changes in your life in search of

-connection with body

-connection with your mind

-connection with your spouse

-connection with your kids

-connection with true happiness

Stop making short term unsustainable changes for

QUICK FIXES

STUFF

Let’s make this the year you get clear on what you want

Radical thought, Right?

It’s not the norm for people to get clear because people don’t look for clarity, they look for clutter

Clutter to keep them occupied in order not to have to think about the real problems

It’s time to get clear and choose happiness for you and your family

But it’s up to you to put happiness into motion

Don’t talk yourself out of it, you deserve to have it all.

Tomorrow is groundhog day

Let’s not have another repeat of last year and the year after that

Time to move into something better

Nothing changes if nothing changes

I know I said it twice but it is that important and that simple

It starts with one change that compounds into another
